Welcome to Whippoorwill Farm, located in the beautiful mountains of West Virginia! 

2008 brings big changes for our farm!  We are now mainly a sheep farm, plus the occasional litter of quality, imported Italian Maremma livestock guardian dogs. 

After this year, will no longer be raising our wonderful British bloodline Shetland ponies.  Please check our website often, as we will have some of our remaining ponies for sale as they are trained to drive.

Our farm, like most others, is a work in progress.  We are continually striving to get this farm back to what it was originally and enjoying this way of life in the process.

West Virginia is a Wild and Wonderful place to visit with some of the best ski resorts and white water rafting in the country.  It is rich in history, Appalachian culture, and southern hospitality!
