McLeod Creek Rooney (McLeod Creek Silver Boy x McLeod Creek Magic Shadow).  Rooney is 40" tall and built like a little tank.  Rooney was purchased from McLeod Creek Farm in Alberta, Canada. 

Rooney's foals are slower maturing, but are the most drafty when crossed with the Lakeland Lightning bloodline.  We are always so pleased with every foal Rooney has produced for us.  His foals are extremely intelligent, love water, are easily trained, and many have the added bonus of unusual color/pattern, beautiful heads, small ears and large expressive eyes. 

Rooney is a gentle little guy and exactly what a Shetland Pony is supposed to be!

Rooney is adjusting quickly to his new life as a gelding.  We know he will make one awesome driving pony!
