Welcome to our farm, located in the beautiful mountains of West Virginia!

We established our farm in 1992, seeking a healthier, more self-reliant lifestyle.  Our main emphasis is preserving rare heritage breeds of livestock.

We are home to Shetland Ponies with imported Scottish genetics;  Cashmere Goats;  Shetland, Icelandic, Scottish Blackface Sheep;  and Maremma Sheepdogs that we imported from Abruzzo, Italy.

Occasionally, we offer Jersey Giant chicks tracing back to the flock of Mrs. Golda Miller; Pilgrim Geese; and Guinea Fowl in an array of beautiful and rare colors.

West Virginia is a Wild and Wonderful place to visit with some of the best white water rafting and ski resorts in the country.  It is rich in history, Appalachian culture, and southern hospitality!

Thank you for visiting our site, please call or email for more information.

The small farmer is himself a rare breed and in danger of becoming extinct.  If we allow this to happen, our children will pay the price, because they will be dependent on government, big business and science for the very food necessary for their survival.  To prevent this from happening, buy vegetables and meats from your local farmer’s market - healthier for your family and necessary to keep the small farmer in business.
